AI service · Enhanced presence
Website + AI Presence+
A clear site with guided help in the right place.
We add an AI layer only if it helps visitors find information, clarify their request or understand your services.
From $729, then $57 a month
This is a sum, not a new price: the site from $500 and the assistant at $229, then hosting from $18 and assistant follow-up at $39.

How it runs
Every mandate follows these steps, in this order, and none of it depends on one particular tool.
- 01
The site first
Structure, content, mobile journey. An AI layer on top of a confusing site only adds confusion.
- 02
Then the place where help is worth it
A service page that is too dense, a catalogue that is hard to filter, a request that always arrives incomplete: we pick one precise point rather than covering the whole site.
- 03
Soft qualification
A few questions that help the visitor sharpen what they are looking for, and whose answers reach you along with the request.
- 04
The documentation
What the assistant knows, what it does not say, and how to update it when your offer changes.
What the mandate covers
The scope is settled before anything starts, and none of the below arrives as an extra once it is agreed.
Answers attached to the request
What the visitor answered reaches you along with their request, in your inbox. You are not starting from zero on the first call.
The same discipline as the FAQ assistant
Written and approved answers, defined limits, a human handoff when the request falls outside. The AI layer improvises no more here than anywhere else.
The whole site, not only the layer
Everything included on any mandate is included here too: the pages written for you, the SEO groundwork, the form that lands in your inbox, the launch. The AI layer goes on top of a site that already works, never in place of one.
One help point, chosen with you
Not a bubble on fifty pages. We take the place where requests actually get lost, a services page that is too dense or a catalogue that is hard to filter, and the help lives there.
What the assistant knows, in writing
The list of what it answers, what it refuses to answer, and how to update that when your offer changes. Without this document the maintenance depends on my memory.
When this is the wrong mandate
If your current site is already clear and requests arrive well formed, the AI layer has nothing to fix. A showcase site on its own is then the right mandate, and it costs you less.
Privacy and simplicity
I write down which data the tool can see, which answers it is allowed to give, where it stops, and at what point a human takes over. It is the dull part of the mandate, and it is what separates a tool you end up using from one that only looks impressive.
What people ask me before we start
- Does the site have to be rebuilt to get this layer?
- Not always, but often. If the current structure holds, we add on top of it. If it does not, we fix it first: that is the part that genuinely changes the requests you receive.
- How long does it take?
- The site follows the same rhythm as the others, 7 to 14 days depending on the content. The AI layer is added afterwards, once the content has settled.
- Which tool runs the AI layer, and where do the exchanges go?
- The tool is chosen with you: either the one you already use, or the one I recommend for your case. It is named in the contract, along with what it sees and what it does not, because Law 25 requires a written agreement with the provider when personal information leaves Quebec, and an assessment before it goes. The processing happens outside Quebec, usually in the United States, because that is where the providers are, and you get thirty days notice before any change of provider.
- Does the visitor know they are talking to an assistant?
- Yes, and it says so. Passing an automated answer off as a human one always ends up working against the business.
- Can I start with the site and add the AI later?
- Yes, and it is often the right order. Nothing in the build stops the layer being added afterwards. Starting with the site also lets you see which requests actually arrive before deciding where help is worth adding.
- How much more is it than a site alone?
- A site starts at $500. The AI layer is scoped on top of that, depending on the point chosen and how many answers have to be written, and the price comes after the scoping call. I do not quote a figure before knowing what is being added.
- What if the assistant gets something wrong?
- The answers are yours, written and approved, so a mistake is a line to correct rather than a model to retrain. The visitor also knows they are talking to an assistant, which changes a great deal about how a mistake lands.
- Does the assistant appear on every page?
- No, and that is deliberate. A bubble that follows the visitor everywhere gets closed before it is read. We pick the place where requests actually get lost and the help lives there. If a second point turns out to be useful after a few months, it gets added then, on what the incoming requests have shown rather than on a guess made up front.
