Frequently Asked Questions

A site starts at $500. To place yours we look at what you sell, the pages needed, the content you already have and the integrations required. You leave with a firm figure and a written scope.

Count on 7 to 14 days depending on the content. What moves it is the content you already have and how fast you can review, not the hours I put in.

Generally: your logo (or a sense of your brand identity), a few words about your business, your goals and target audience. I handle the copywriting and the structure. I do not shoot photography: I tell you which images are missing and you hire a photographer in your area. You don’t need to be 100% ready to start a conversation.

By default no, and that is deliberate. There is no dashboard to learn and no plugins to keep updated: you send me the change and it is live within 2 business days. If you do want to edit it yourself, we build on WordPress or Shopify and that is decided at the start, because it changes how the site is built.

Depending on your needs: updates, monitoring, fixes, small content adjustments, form checks and gradual improvement. If an AI layer exists, I keep its answers, limits and content up to date too.

Yes. I am based in Sherbrooke, but I work right across Quebec. There is no office to walk into: we talk by video call, or I come to you if you are in the region. Every site delivered so far was built that way.

I start by understanding what you sell and who buys it. Then I settle the pages and what each one has to say, I draw it, I build it, I set up the SEO, and I check the whole thing on a phone before it goes live. You sign off at the points that matter, and you never have to follow the technical detail.

I include revision rounds at each key stage to make sure the result works for you. If a direction doesn’t feel right, I fix it. I want you to be proud of it before it goes live, not after.

Yes, and each one is priced on its own page: the AI audit, practical training, the FAQ assistant, an AI layer on a site, and AI maintenance. The assistant is the one people ask me about most often on calls: it answers the questions you get every week and hands over to you when it does not know. None has been delivered yet, so I am not going to sell you an outcome on it. If the volume does not justify it at your end, I will say so.

Yes. Every site gets a clean foundation: titles, metadata, page structure, sitemap, structured data, speed and mobile. To go further, we can work together on content, local pages and query tracking.

I define with you the data used, the tools, the response limits and the cases where a human should take over. Nothing is connected at random.
