Client access

Client area

The project portal and the webmail are both here.

This page gathers the two accesses I hand out to clients. You type your password on the service itself, never on this page. If you are not sure which of the two doors is yours, the question just under the cards answers it.

Which of the two is mine?

The portal is yours if a project is under way or finished at Webryk: that is where your file lives. The webmail is yours if your work email address ends in your own domain name and I host the mailbox. Both can apply, and in that case they are two different passwords.

When the sign-in does not work

  • The password is refused

Use the service’s own password recovery. I do not have your password and I cannot read it.

  • The address will not open

Check that you typed portal.webryk.ca or webmail.webryk.ca, with no www in front.

  • The page spins without finishing

Try a private browsing window. An extension or an old session cookie sometimes blocks the page.

  • You are on the wrong service

The portal and the webmail have two separate passwords. The email one does not open the portal.

  • You never received an access

Write to me: an access is created by hand, and I will confirm which of the two applies to you.

If none of that helps, write to me with the four details below and I will find the cause much faster.

What I will never ask you for

I will never ask you for your password, not by email, not by phone, not by message. No page on webryk.ca contains a password field, including this one: if you see a sign-in form on this domain, it is not me. An urgent email asking you to "confirm your access" through a link is the usual script; when in doubt, type the address yourself or write to me.

The only thing this page keeps is the name of the door you opened last, stored in your browser on your device. No server receives it.

If you do not have an access yet

There is no online sign-up. An access is created by hand when a project starts or when a mailbox is set up, and you receive the credentials by email. If you think you should have one, write to me and I will check.

One person behind the door

Webryk Studio is me. There is no support desk to reach: when you write to [email protected], I am the one who reads it and answers, within 48 hours. I also administer the hosting, so I can reset an access without going through a provider.

Frequently asked questions

Do I sign in on this page?
No. This page has no password field at all. It sends you to the portal or to the webmail, and the sign-in happens there.
What is the difference between the two doors?
The portal is about your project at Webryk. The webmail opens the mailbox of an address hosted by Webryk. Two services, two passwords.
How does someone get an access?
I create it by hand and send you the credentials by email. There is no online sign-up.
Can you read my email?
I administer the hosting, so I can manage mailboxes and passwords. I do not read your correspondence.
Why does the page remember my door?
When you click one of the two cards, that choice is stored in your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, and the "that is not my door" link erases it.
